Yesterday I let all my shit out. I've eaten so much I didn't have a chance to log it all down. Well, actually, I didn't want to, obviously.
Anyway, yesterday I had a great time just eating nuts, popcorn and chocolate and playing video games. t felt so good to be out of control! Seriously, I won't tell you I'm not proud of what I did yesterday. Because it was great! It was so great that I even danced and jumped and walked down the streets eating ice cream. And today when I woke up I felt so full of energy! And, btw, I gained only a pound. That's great!
