Monday 11/20 TBW (total body workout) @ gym w/ emphasis on legs. 1 hour

Step ups- 1x 15lb, 2 x15 @ 12lb
Adductor 148
Abductor 96
Ab machine 80 lb 👍
Seated row machine 130
Push-ups full sets 3x15 w/2 tiers off the floor👍

1 set heels-up squats 30lb, 1 set sumo squats 26 lb

HOME:

1 set deadlifts 8 reps
3 sets barbell squats 45 lb total (same weight as Olympic bar @ gym)
