Lots of ups and downs since my last weigh in. Odd how things always fall back into place despite of the major fluctuations. Still need a few more lbs to lose...will be challenging with Thanksgiving just around the corner though!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!
193.3 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 8.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
