Woke at 210.8, down .4 from yesterday. Have fasted since about 2 pm yesterday. Sort of liked the one meal a day thing in the mid afternoon as I was still full at dinner time. Not sure what time I will eat today. UPDATE: Ate lunch again today but added more protein at dinner time. Weighed 211.8 at 9:30 pm so this morning's weigh in is today's low. Stayed with keto carb levels.

I just read an article from Good Housekeeping where they did a study about when to eat the largest meal of the day and lose the most weight. It was morning or midday.

Thanks, Mom. That is one of the other things I've been doing to this point is eating about half my calories at 6 or 7 pm. Trying to change that a bit.

Good luck doing that. I can't seem to NOT eat the larger meal at night. Might be my problem, too ... in not being able to lose.

I only started this week but I am finding it very easy. But that's when I'm at home. I will have to see if I can keep it up when I go back to work after the holiday.
