I'm so excited to find this website, I had the app on my phone but my phone got stolen. Here I go keeping track of everything again! Today I did Rockin Body as a warm up to Bum Bum and that worked out nicely. Bum Bum was still difficult but I did better than my last workout. I then did 10 military push ups and 10 wide. Followed that with BBL Ab workout.
