I didn't put a journal entry in this morning but was pleased at some more weight off. After a renewed focus it seems like a lot is falling off quickly but I know that will start to slow. It seem like the first 10-20 can go in the first few weeks.

Yesterday was my family's thanksgiving and we went to a 'family-style' all you can eat place in the mountains. I was worried I'd break into bad habits quickly but didn't. I did get most of my calories for the day from that meal but was proud for not making a pig of myself. Now to get thru actual Thanksgiving and the rest of the holidays!
