I have to give this a shot. I had lost almost 40lbs about a 16months ago, In was walking about 20,000 plus steps a day mostly because I was working in retail as a floor associate and I forced my self to take the long way or walk around the store just to get exercise. I got hurt at work and my exercise was cut in half because I couldn't move around the same or even as fast, then I fell and my walking was cut way down to maybe 500-2,000 steps a day. I gained all of the weight back and find myself not even wanting to walk around. The doctor told me that the only exercise I can do is the stationary bike and exercises in a pool, so I'm going to start going to a gym just to use the bike, I'd like to say I'll go every day but I can't make that promise yet. I'll make a promise to go at least every 3 days to start. I'm hoping you all will keep me accountable for the exercise.
