Back from Mexico and I didn't gain 30 lbs, woo! Really motivated to get on track, fingers crossed it sticks!
257.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 77.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1897 kcal Fat: 65.27g | Prot: 93.15g | Carb: 237.97g.   Breakfast: Apple Juice, Tim Hortons Coffee with 2 Milk and 1 Sugar (Extra Large), McDonald's Egg McMuffin. Lunch: Great Value Marble Farmers Cheese , Country Harvest Protein Bread (2). Dinner: Delissio Thin Crispy Crust 4 Cheese. Snacks/Other: Dole Pineapple Tidbits, Jolly Rancher Hard Candy. more...
