Well I went up but I'm still happy. I did all of my challenges and even got in some weights. Today I'm going to start on the elliptical machine (I WILL DO THIS). My eating could have been better but that is a work in progress. With Thanksgiving coming I'm sure it will be a struggle but I will give it my best shot.
