Not doing good at all! When I got up and weighed myself there was no surprise!
Disappointed in myself. That being said...it made me pay attention!
I got on my treadmill and did 10 minutes of hardcore walking with inclines. Not much but it's a start.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
