Need to loose 13 kilos for my sons wedding, already lost 8 but another 13 to go, have been following Jason Vale juice diet and its going well, have modified it a bit now so juice first thing and mid morning, then soup and salad with sardines for lunch, apple and green tea in the afteroon and another juice and then a light dinner in the evening, either chicken and salad, or fish and salad, that type of thing, only having wine at the weekend in moderation and am going to spin classes twice a week.... on a roll, and am motivated to do this....
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
