I just started on Thursday with intermittent fast and I must say its not that hard for me as I expected. the first 2 days I did 23 hour fasts and surprisingly I was able to handle it pretty good with just drinking water. I can say that "SNAKE JUICE" is great. I made it and had instant energy probable I depleted from one of the minerals. within the first 4 days I lost 4 lbs. so I will keep doing it. I am eating my allotted calories and today I am eating what ever I want and how ever much I want, not that I'm craving anything sweet. Actually sweets get me nauseous now. it has definitely taken a long time to get to this point but it has worked. I am almost to my first goal weight 140 then it will be 135. I think keeping it in 5lbs increments helps so much more. who even can see this please research intermittent fasting. I have had many health issues with several surgeries. I fell so much better.
