Been really depressed and doing a lot of stress eating the last few weeks. I am not looking forward to going back to Canada and being separated from my partner for the next year. I’m just going to give up completely on the diet till after I’ve settled in to my station in the Arctic.... somewhere around the first of December.
It’s always harder up there for exercise due to weather and lack of facilities... but I’m hoping to get back on track soon.
