Woke at 209.2, down 3.8 from yesterday as the Lasix, water flush, and ketosis are combining for good results. Woke at .9 millimolar so into nutritional ketosis. Added a terrific ketosis primer at https://diettruthorg.wordpress.com last night. Will fast until hungry. UPDATE: Made it to 1:30 and ate some corned beef and nut & seed bread. Weighed in at 212.2, which shows the rehydration of 40 ounces of water and black coffee. UPDATE: Did not weigh again so the waking weight is today's low. Ate pork chops and sauerkraut for dinner. Going to work from home this week so will be able to flush water daily. Hoping to stay in the blue but I realize that will take some doing.
