Weighted in at 216; I lost a pound! I hope what I lost was fat. I don't wanna gain it back. New rule: I shouldn't drink the same thing more than once in a day except for water.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week
