Getting a full body load of Vitamin D from the sun and it feels great! Beautiful Saturday here in California, and enjoying my Okinawan sweet potato. Fun fact: Okinawan sweet potatoes are not only delicious and sweet, but pack 150% more antioxidants than blue berries! Simply awesome!

@Mal321 Hey! Yeah they’re in season right now so there’s a lot out there. If you know of any Japanese market places in your area they usually carry them. Here in California they import them from Hawaii and I get them in a market that’s nearby a Japanese community. You can steam them and within 30minutes and they’re ready to eat. They have a nice deep purple color inside and is so delicious. The purple color is given by the same antioxidant as blueberries (Anthocyanin) which is so good for you!
