Started focus T25 Aplha on Monday. Lowered my cal intake and quit drinking alcohol.

From what I have read is that alcohol cannot be stored in your body and has to be burned off. It is the first thing to be burned off and in effect prevents your body from burning off any other calories consumed. It also slows down your metabolism so it is doing two things against losing weight. Many will claim that as long as that drink is counted as part of your calorie intake it doesn’t matter but it really does if you are trying to lose weight.
