I lost two lbs in a week and instead of living and celebrateing the right way, I ate and ate some more. Disgusted. I will take this as a learning experience and engage in more healthy behaviors for a healthy future.

Oh I feel your pain. Its like, ever time I start to succeed in loosing weight I seem to think, oh well, a day or two of eating candy wont hurt... BUT IT DOES!!! It's really hard, especially when we enjoy the junk food so much and the healthy stuff so little. But you can do it! I like that you're determined to see this as a learning experience as opposed to defeat! I struggle with both. Sometimes I feel positive, while other times I feel defeated. Constant Battle.
