Finally! Ok Im happy with where Im at weight wise now I have to work on body tone and maintaining my weight. Thanks to all my friends that helped me along my journey.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
