I am incredibly nervous to get on the scale this morning. Has anyone had trouble with their weight if they didnt weigh in at the same time?? i think i am...

Look for weekly trends. Don't be discouraged if you suddenly gain a couple pounds, it's pretty normal for the body to fluctuate in weight due to water weight. I was at 195 last week and was at 199 today. It's normal for me, especially after the weekend, in which I usually have a cheat day or two.

HUh i never paid any attention, thanks for that i have been drinking alot of water lately. I am just worried i have hit a plateu and dont know what to do about it.

Actually, drinking water is really great for you! I try to drink 2-3 litres a day. Ac ouple reasons the body retains water is due to carbohydrate and sodium intake.

my sodium isnt too great grr i need to look through what i am eating and cut some of it out. I am a salt weirdo everything has to have it this is gonna be hard. thanks for your tips.

Weighing at different times than you normally do can produce different results on the scale. For must accurate gauge of weight loss, weigh same scale, same time, same clothes, etc. A plateau is when you stay the same weight for weeks on end. You look like your losing fine. If you do end up plateaing at some point, there's lot's you can do to kick start the scale.

Pay attention to your body and how it reacts to different amounts of certain nutrients. Definitely look for trends on your diet calendar. This is how I found that my body reacts well to a high protein and low carb diet. When I do that, I don't retain much water weight. It's important to find what works best for yourself by trying different weight loss strategies. Also, by steering away from highly processed foods, you can cut a ton of sodium from your diet. Hope this is all helping!

Love, you're beautiful in your pic! You look great! As for the scale thing, I just got one and I fear the heck of it! I'm going to weigh myself every Sunday. :)
