Took off Fri, Sat, Sun :(
Today 4/23 walked for fat burning cardio 1.5 hrs, burned 1100 calories

Really frustrated, every day I intake less calories than I expend. I should be losing fat. Haven't noticed any changes. I did eat pizza though 3 small slices after a night of drinking. That still can't be what is preventing me from losing ANYTHING! Think I need to switch bc methods. And increase my protein content.
