Soooo today is the first day I'm trying a new eating plan prescribed by my physician/nutritionist. It appears as though I'm having chronically low blood sugar, so this eating plan it supposed to help regulate it. From what I'm told, low blood sugar is a pre-cursor to Diabetes. I've started and did okay for breakfast, I had a veggie omelet and I HATE, absolutely HATE veggies. I just need to re-train my palate, that's for sure!

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 April 2012:
1676 kcal Fat: 65.92g | Prot: 105.41g | Carb: 156.60g.   Breakfast: Low cholesterol egg-UH, TruMoo Fat Free Chocolate Milk, mozzarella cheese, red onion, mushrooms, spinach. Lunch: Mashed Potatoes-UH, fried wings uh. Dinner: yellow corn tortilla chips shearers, salsa , reduced fat taco blend cheese, spring mix salad, goya pinto beans, ground turkey. Snacks/Other: rold gold tiny twists pretzels. more...
