Been pvery good all week. Have trouble with hunger during the eveing hours
165.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good work! I sometimes find it effective to drink lots of water when I get hunger pangs which protects and helps in other ways as well. A light salad, a couple of hard boiled or deviled eggs, the mozzarella string cheese, etc. are also effective. You might want to take a look at the list of "negative calorie foods" I posted a couple of days ago as well. Keep it up...
