1490 kcal Fat: 122.85g | Prot: 65.39g | Carb: 42.34g.   Breakfast: college inn chicken broth, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), splenda, Half and Half Cream, Egg (Whole), olive oil, butter, Classic Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese, sour cream. Lunch: chopped black olives, Classic Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese, MiO Liquid Water Enhancer - Berry Pomegranate, Ground Beef (70% Lean / 30% Fat). Dinner: Sliced Almonds, lamb chop. Snacks/Other: haas avocado, dole spinach, Guacamole (Side), white onion, iceberg lettuce, Cucumber (with Peel), mushrooms, green beans, Mixed Salad Greens. more...
