I religiously do my 10 min abs workout. Thanks for that challenge! I got weighed in saturday and was surprise i lost weight. I did ok doing my journal but did walk an hour and a half every weekday. Yesterday was a disaster. Fell off the wagon. ate too much junk that I havent had in few weeks. So back today to doing my journal.
