It was a 1/2 cup rice 1/2 corn nibbles cooked in.
I add oil to my rice as well but I use half the recommended amount.
The entire dinner was 597 calories

Nibbles or nibbelets are what I call corn bits.
For this rice I use 1 cup water, 1/2cup long grain rice, 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/2cup frozen corn (I use frozen because there’s no salt added).
Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until water is absorbed. Add a dash of salt and fluff the rice mixture with a fork.
