So, I was really doing awesome with my calorie intake, my water intake, and my exercise. 5 times a week with my biggest loser on kinect and 30 minutes on my elliptical. Then....bum bum bum..... My mother in law came to visit....bum bum bum..... She is a complete choco holic who loves to buy the "good chocolate". I have never had so much junk food in my house. She was here for spring break and my downfall is if it is in my house, I will eat it. Then my husband came home after traveling on business and took me out on a wonderful date that was soooo overdue. Now that she is gone, I am starting again tomorrow morning. I havent worked out in 10 days and have gained 4 lbs. so not happy. Why is it that it is so easy to fall off the wagon. How do I stop myself from benging when junk food is around me. I dont want my kids growing up doing the same thing.

I know how you feel. Lately, when we have people over I send home all the leftovers with them. I got a bunch of those disposable tupperware containers. That way I can have my night of fun and then I don't compound the problem by snacking on the excess the rest of the week. Next time your mother in law comes to visit, send her off with a care package. :)
