I was just looking at pictures of people who have lost weight on the Atkins diet and it was very encouraging. While looking at those pictures I was thinking to myself "I can look like that!". So now I am in the getting myself to "look like that" mode.

Well I just wanted to share my feelings and my mood this evening.
