Went off Keto for one day - We were celebrating a friend's 50th birthday and the homemade strawberry cake was calling my name. Then last night, we were invited to my favorite Mexican restaurant for dinner and since I already cheated, I cheated some more with a margarita.... up about 2 and half pound this morning! Back on Keto today! No biggie - I got this!
