Last two days (21&22) have been 54.1, so down slightly despite pigging out on salad. Need to kick restriction back into high gear. If I was really motivated, i'd add exercise... Don't think I'm that motivated yet ;)
118.8 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
