Worked out that the gym today did cardio class 17 laps/1 mile/50 squats/50 lunges/50 push up x2 then did 45 minutes of water areobics.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
