Woke at 215.8, up 2.4 from yesterday after a nice anniversary celebration out. UPDATE: Ate pork rinds and nuts for lunch and came home at 217.6. Lots of water retention and constipation. Ate a good dinner and ended up slightly under calorie goal to start climbing back. Snuck in a half cup of Halo Top. Waking weight is today's low.
