ok due to the fact that my weight appears to be going no where, i have decided to start afresh with a new diet after talking with sk1nny this morning, i am going for calorie counting starting off at 1800 cals per day will have to see how it goes over the first week or so as i am new to calorie counting and have no idea on what is what etc so when i am recording all my foods i may find i am way over or way under until i get the hang of it, i have deleted all my previous weight history as i find it quite demotivating to look at so wish me luck will start tomorrow, will use todays weigh in as a start point, if i do not lose on the 1800 cals then i will drop to 1600 and so on, hoping for a better weight loss now :-)

Yeah.... I am 100% positive that you will be successful calorie counting.... Providing you count EVERYTHING. Go girl go :-)

Oooh....don't forget to go into "enter exercise" and save the preset sleep etc calories - you can then keep track,. of your 'net calories' I always leave it as the presets and only put in scheduled exercise - eg if you do your wii fit and it gives you calories...... You can go right down to the end of the exercise list and click on ' custom' for those. X

hey mummy i think i have set the exercise as a default is this the right think to do not sure if you can view it? any way in says cals burned 2530??
|
just double checked that it is 2530 what does that actually mean that i have burned that by resting and sleeping?
|
Yep... That's right :-). Your body uses calories to circulate your blood and digest your food etc..... So you can see by eating 1800 you are already down over 500+ cals a day. So, if you can keep at that calorie count, you should DEFINATELY loose a pound a week - even allowing for deviances :-)
