Garlicky collards, mmmh! The restaurant where I used to get my fix of those closed last year. Must find new pusher.

T8U9- I steam them in an electric steamer. I add chopped garlic to the water so for 20 minutes the garlicky steam envelopes the chopped collards. And for the last 30 seconds I toss the collards into a hot skillet with sizzling oil and add a ton of salt. Tender, bitter, salty, garlicky and tasty. Gotta Love It.
