Even with my terrible eating last Sunday and Monday I am down. I am very happy, but puzzled at how I can eat terribly and have one of the best weight lost weeks in a long time. What gives?
197.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
