Being totally honest on my food diary - stress is getting the best of me again, dangit. Now I just have to get through tonight without moshing down on everything else in sight. Sigh....

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 April 2012:
1281 kcal Fat: 79.77g | Prot: 77.21g | Carb: 64.19g.   Breakfast: butter, beef jerky, coffee, eggs, cream. Lunch: normandy blend, cheddar cheese, gortons blackened. Dinner: parmesan, spaghetti, pasta sauce. Snacks/Other: cream, great value peanut butter, coffee. more...

I applaud you for your honesty. As Dr. Phil says so often, "You can't change what you don't acknowledge." Keeping a full, honest food log is the only way to accurately assess how you're doing....skipping the meals/foods that aren't the best choices, doesn't help us when we have to look back and assess our progress. One of the objectives on this WOE, or any WOE, is finding other ways to dissipate or handle the stress without turning to food. Let's face it....I don't know of ANY food that solved any of the problems I ever had...usually just made me feel worse later on. Next time, maybe try making a deal with yourself....I'll eat my meal on-plan and my reward for doing just that one meal "correctly" is to go for a walk, make plans to go to a movie, window-shop at my favorite mall/store, or something else non-food! Good luck and have a good weekend.
