This is a great day, got up this morning and exercised and looking forward to the upcoming spring break. I am going to try and get some sun and incorporate some outside activities into my daily routine.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
