Day 4 of trying to behave and I had my first folly... 2 pieces of pizza at lunch today. After three days of fruit and vegetables, chicken pizza is what did me in! Okay... I think I did ok. I only had 2 slices. I left the crust alone on one slice. I enjoyed the pizza, immensely, and I feel ready to behave tonight. The next hurdle is that I'm having dinner at a friends house. I'm at the mercy of someone else's cooking. Be brave. Be strong.
