Went to the "Triple Fat Burner" class at LR last night right after work! Had to rush to get there, but it was worth it. It wasn't my favorite class... to be honest, it hurt my feet and joints more than my muscles. But I was up and moving and sweating for 45 minutes, which is much longer than I would have worked out for at home!
Tonight I'm going to try their Tonoga class, which is supposedly a mix of toning exercises and yoga. Should be interesting.
