Well my scale said the same as the scale at the gym yesterday! Back to the 140lbs...now to work towards the 130s! I did pass on the gym today in favor of going to the spa :/ I'll be squeezing in gym time tomorrow!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
