I may go off Atkins as my income is that which I'm not able to afford to buy salad food for example. I have very little in the way of items for recipes. I may get an increase in income this year. If I do I probably will move to a place where rents are much cheaper. Where to I have no idea. I may be able to go somewhere with much higher income and the same rent. It's possible. So if it happens I'm moving. My friend from work gained weight so has numerous pairs of pants my size -now - that will probably fit me and I'll get them in the next day or two. I bought a pair of jeans and they fit well, the other same brand is too long. I'll definitely give him some money for the jeans as it will be cheaper than buying five or six pairs. Otherwise, doing well, saw the doctor about my back, it is doing well. The arthritis was really bad before the shots and is in remission hopefully for good. If I change diets I'll do low calorie probably or South Beach as I'm barely eating anything now and I think it is affecting my Atkins weight loss...
