6 miles in 63:44. 5.7mph I felt like I could go further. Didn't get into Grandmas Half so I decided to run the full. I'm crazy, and I like it. Changed my goal weight officially to 190 due to marathon training. It's going to be and interesting 15 weeks.
219.1 lb Lost so far: 32.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
