Woke at 214.4, up 1.2 from yesterday when I had squeezed every ounce of water out of my body! Targeting 1647 calories today. UPDATE: Ate tuna and almonds for lunch. Tried to add an avocado but it was hard as a rock! Covered it up and saving for tomorrow. Came home from work at 213.8. Had a ton of calories left for dinner. Did not get them all in as I'm full and not going to force it. Tomorrow night it is dinner out at a super nice place so I'll go for steak or seafood and veggies.
