Well, after 8 weeks of consistently losing, I've gained this week! When I weighed myself this morning, I said that it was no big deal, I'm still down 18 pounds, I'm not going to let this get me down. Even though I truly believe it and have said it to myself and others today, it really is bothering me. I know it shouldn't but I think deep down it's making me rethink everything because I didn't do anything different this week. It really stinks!
237.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

There are many things that could contribute to this, water retention, muscle mass. If you are exercising then you are gaining muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so you can anticipate more fluctuation. Good luck!
