I've lost my step counter. I feel defeated about that for some reason.
I know that stress plays a big part in my appetite. I'm very stressed right now.
It's the first time in my life I'm on unemployment and finding it difficult...not only financially but also all the down time. I don't know what to do with myself!
I've installed a voice recorder to monitor my thoughts and feelings. I think that's a good thing for me just to talk into this thing and share my thoughts. I can play back to hear my progress emotionally as well.
I'll just keep on moving forward.
They think something is wrong with my heart now...what the neck! Apparently I have a pause in the rhythm. Between that..relationships..anf and not working I'm feeling a bit blue.

159.0 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
