Schools have started and I could not push myself too much with eating so less and exercising too much...
and yes I have put on a few pounds but its not that much and its actually the healthy weight of a teenage one like me.
Anyways, gaining is not easy at all. I think of restricting all the time and I really do it at school. But at home when I wanna study, food is my only hope to survive those shitty stuff😪

I hope I could cope with this,
And hope my fs pals are doing fine👍🏼

hey , what u already did is the hardest part .. now all u have to do is some time management n good thinking .. like getting a skipping rope n do it for 10 min 4 times aday as a break or u can have an hour break to do joggin or some cardio better to be half an hour before your dinner just for maintenance .. sorry for all that talkin but good luck

Hi Drdavz , Recently ive been trying to do some cardio and I also haven’t missed any basketball session and have been feeling little bit lighter and thin. Even though I haven’t weighned myself lately but I hope the scale doesn’t mess up with me 😑 Thanks for helpful advises👍🏼😁
