THE LAST TEN POUNDS.
Looking back on things here, I can see that I am able to lose weight steadily. And maintain my losses. I have successfully maintained a 35 pound weight loss for more than nine months. I am determined to lose the next ten pounds steadily over the next few months, combining various methods in a program that I feel I can stick to. Here is my attack plan:
This goes for virtually everyday, until I reach my goal.
1) No breakfast. I need the power of IF.
2) Lunch is my main meal. Nothing is off limits. But try to make every calorie count.
3) Dinner is smallish. The earlier the better. No snacking after dinner.
4) Increase water and keep wine to THREE glasses a day. (15 oz).
5) Upper body work with hand weights, and abs every day.
6) Weigh and measure every morning. This is a big one. I clearly have a pattern of losing more when I do this.
7) As much sleep as possible.
