- Sushi Lunch & bad dinner, Im induldging and I dont care. I need a "day off" Im starting to get bitter and down on my lack of progress. Kick my body into gear maybe, or get over my pitty party and continue on tomorrow. :) Feeling bloated and sluggish. Bad food makes me feel bad. Note to self, you were right- wasnt missing much.
145.8 lb Lost so far: 79.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
