This is down almost 30 pounds from when I started, at the start of August.
This makes me happy - to see that I can lose the weight when I am focused.
I'm now in the routine, of course, though at times it is a bit harder - more
for emotional eating reasons than hunger.

I know this is going to take more than a year to lose the weight I'd like. I want to figure out getting more exercise in regularly - but at least this is working.
254.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 119.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

30 pounds? WOW! that's just great :) Yeah, I have a lot to lose too and I keep reminding myself that it didn't all go on overnight and isn't going to come off quickly, either. (And really, it shouldn't, because I want this to be permanent.) Following you now--you're a great inspiration :)
