OK, today begins week 2 of Induction. Still disappointed in such a small loss but perhaps I need to look for low fat items as long as carb count is low. I did make it through the week with no alcohol so that is a big plus! I think I am just not moving enough, perhaps I'll try to start walking during lunch and see if that helps.
